Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 20 July 2026

These Terms govern your use of craftor.net and the Craftor WordPress plugin ("Craftor"), operated by Craftor Limited ("we", "us"). By creating an account or purchasing a license, you agree to these Terms.

The license

A Craftor license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the Craftor plugin on the number of WordPress sites your plan allows, for as long as the license stays active:

  • Single Site — 1 site, billed annually.
  • Agency — 30 sites, billed annually.
  • Lifetime — unlimited sites, one-time payment, including all future updates.

Payment & renewal

Single Site and Agency licenses renew automatically every year until cancelled. You can cancel automatic renewal at any time from your dashboard's billing portal — this stops future renewals but doesn't itself refund the period you've already paid for, except as described in the refund policy below.

30-day refund policy

If Craftor isn't right for you, contact us within 30 days of your original purchase for a full refund — no reason required. Submit a Support request from your dashboard (select the license in question) or email us directly. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. After the 30-day window, purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.

Request a refund: log in, go to Contact, choose "Support request", and select the license — or email support@craftor.net.

If your license expires, is cancelled, or is revoked

Sites you've already activated keep working — pages you've built continue to render normally for your visitors. What stops is your access to the visual editor and automatic updates on that site, until the license is renewed or reactivated.

Acceptable use

  • Don't share, resell, or publish your license key — it's tied to your account and the sites you've activated it on.
  • Don't attempt to circumvent, reverse-engineer, or disable the licensing or update system.
  • Don't use Craftor to build or host unlawful content, or in any way that violates applicable law.

License revocation

We may revoke a license — blocking editor access and updates, without cancelling or refunding your billing — if we reasonably believe it's being misused: shared beyond its site limit, obtained fraudulently, or subject to a chargeback. Revoking a license and cancelling a subscription are handled as separate actions; one doesn't automatically trigger the other.

Support & updates

An active license includes automatic updates and standard email support. We don't guarantee a specific response time but aim to reply within a few business days.

Disclaimer of warranties

Craftor is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to Craftor is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms. You can stop using Craftor and cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the date below and, where appropriate, let existing customers know by email.
