Booking appointments
A time-slot field backed by weekly schedules, with optional Google Calendar sync.
Create a schedule under Craftor → Settings → Booking: weekly open hours with breaks, one or more services (each with its own duration and price), a slot interval, buffer time between bookings, blocked dates, and how many days ahead clients can book.
Add a Time Slot Booking field to a form and select that schedule. Visitors pick a date and see only the slots that are actually open — already-booked slots (up to the capacity you set per slot) grey out automatically.
Google Calendar availability
Turn on "Google Calendar Availability" on a schedule and pick a calendar (uses the same Google connection as the Sheets/Drive/Calendar workflow actions — nothing new to authorize). Any slot that overlaps a real event on that calendar greys out too, on top of the existing submission-count check — so a meeting booked outside Craftor still blocks the slot.
To also create a calendar event from a completed booking, add a "Create Google Calendar Event" step to a workflow triggered by that form — the two features are independent and can be used separately or together.
