Installing Craftor

Upload the plugin, activate it, and find the editor.

Craftor installs like any other WordPress plugin — there's no separate builder site to configure and no required companion theme, though a lightweight companion theme is available if you want one.

  1. 1In wp-admin, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
  2. 2Select the craftor.zip file you downloaded after purchase and click Install Now.
  3. 3Click Activate. A new "Craftor" item appears in the main admin menu.
  4. 4Open Craftor → License and paste in the license key from your Dashboard to unlock updates and support.

Craftor works with any properly-coded WordPress theme. If your theme doesn't call wp_head()/wp_footer() correctly, some features (popups, Theme Builder headers) may not render — this is extremely rare with any actively-maintained theme.
