Connections reference
Every credential Workflow actions can use, in one place.
Craftor → Settings → Connections stores the credentials used by Workflow automations (Craftor → Workflows) — set each one up once and every workflow step reuses it.
- Mailchimp — API Key
- ActiveCampaign — API URL and API Key
- Airtable — Personal Access Token
- HubSpot — Private App Access Token
- Pipedrive — Company Domain and API Token
- Twilio — Account SID, Auth Token, and From Phone Number
- Google (Sheets, Drive & Calendar) — OAuth Client ID/Secret plus a one-click Connect button; also used by Booking's Google Calendar availability sync
- Google Maps — API Key, used by the Map widget and address-autocomplete form fields
- Slack and Discord — Incoming Webhook URLs
If a Google-powered action (Drive, Calendar, or Booking's calendar sync) fails with a permission/scope error, disconnect and reconnect your Google account from this tab — new scopes only take effect after a fresh consent, not just a code update.
